GuestBook is a free guestbook script, which you can use on your webiste. You can install this script on your website and make other people comment on your website.
It stores all the data alongwith the time and date in the MySQL database and offers an easy to use interface. It uses AJAX and JS code to submit and display comments so you can put them on any valid html page and there will be no page refresh when a comment is posted.
You can also use an external CSS file to style the look of the guest book comments.
